Pre-order info

Please read this page carefully before placing an order with a pre-order item! Our Terms & Conditions also cover pre-order items.
Refraining from reading this page does not exclude you of the terms and conditions.  

Shipping & Production time

1. Orders will be shipped out AFTER the pre-order period and the production. We estimate production time can take 2-3 months after the pre-order closing date. Please be prepared for the waiting time, else we recommend placing an order for in-stock / leftover sales.

For any delays regarding production, information will be relayed via our social media and an email will be sent to the email the order was placed with before shipment. It is your responsibility to check your spam folder.

After the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping and production may be delayed or affected. Please check to see if international postage to your country will be affected as some countries are not accepting mail.

2. Please check the product description for the shipping location. If nothing is stated we will by default ship from within the EU union. Any local tax, customs, VAT, import duties or any related import fees should be paid by the customer.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME 
(from EU not including weekends and holidays)

EU: 5-14 business days
NA & OCEANIA: 21 Days - 45 business days
ASIA & OTHER: 30 Days - 45 business days

Currently we do not ship to following places:
- Israel
- nicaragua
- somalia
- syria
- yemen

3. Bigger items such as books, planners and zines will be shipped with tracking. Canada & Australia orders will come with a tracking number, but due to their respective countries postal service, the tracking will not update after leaving the country of the sender. PLEASE use the time listed above as a guide and contact the post office for updates to avoid the package to get returned. 

Smaller items will by default Not be shipped with tracking. If you need to upgrade your shipping to include tracking please contact us Right after your order has been placed. Add your order number in the message. Please continue to read our terms and conditions should you decide to order without tracking. 

Payments

1. We do by default only take credit card. However if paypal is your only means of payment or you would prefer to pay by wise you can contact us to see if we can offer you other solutions. 

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations 

1. By making a purchase you agree to all our Terms & Conditions.  It is the customers responsibility to read the terms and condition and product description before making a purchase.

2. All orders are final. Once an order have been made it is non-refundable, non-returnable nor can they be canceled after they have been purchased. 

3. By purchasing, you understand that the finished product may differ slightly from all mockups seen in the store previews. (Colours may be slightly different due to different screens).

Shrink wrapped and sealed products will not be opened for inspection. 

Enamel pin grading will be done for significant notiable flaws. The pin grading will be done based on the overall batch.  However we will not ship out significant visible flaws like: unfilled areas, broken screen printing, weird miscoloured enamel stains etc. 

4. In case of lost packages or damages caused by the courier: We will NOT be held responsible for any mishap, damage, or lost packages that occurs during shipment as this is the courier’s responsibility. After the order have been shipped we are not responsible for how the package will be treated or processed by the shipping company. Nonetheless, we will ensure that your orders will be packaged securely and in case an issue occurs, please do contact your local post office first to report the damage or loss as soon possible, before contacting us to work out the best solution.

If you have a tracking number: Please contact us within 3 months of shipping date, so we can help contacting the post office. If 3 months have passed or the tracking number is expired we are no longer able to offer any help with the package and it will be considered lost. 

6. Returned packages: Should a package get returned to us for any reason, we are happy to reship it, if the receiver pays for the reshipment. It is the receivers responsibility to notify us should their address have changed after the order have been placed. We will not issue a full refund should you no longer be interested in your order even if it is returned.

7Missing or defect items: If any of the items are defect or missing, we will be requiring a visual proof in form of a video of said defect items and an unboxing video of the unopened package showing the items are missing from opening or arrived damaged.

8. Untracked orders: If the customer choose to not upgrade their shipping to include tracking, we cannot be responsible should the package get lost during shipment. Tracked shipping cost estimated $20 USD. If you are interested in upgrading your shipment method please contact us.
